Re:   Notice to Service Fee Payers for 2011-2012

All faculty at City College of San Francisco who are NOT members of the faculty union, AFT Local 2121, pay service fees to AFT Local under our “fair share” or “agency fee” agreement with the District. By law, the Union is required to notice all service fee payers of its allocation and appeal procedures related to the chargeable and non-chargeable portions of the AFT service fee, currently set at 1.26% of all earnings.
