Don’t Let Employers Interfere With Union Elections

SB 378 as amended is an attempt by the extremists in the NH House who want to undermine our current collective bargaining laws and let employers decide when there should be an election to decertify your union. Don’t let this happen.

This amendment put in the language of HB 1645. This is one of the devastating anti-labor and anti-middle class bills that will gut collective bargaining. A system that has worked to everyone’s benefit for over 35 years is now to be overthrown.
