I PLEDGE To join the Massachusetts movement of early childhood educators and child care providers.

I pledge to:

  • Work to find public funding for early learning programs, professional development for teachers and accessibility for all children;
  • Win respect for our work by educating officials, parents, and the public on our important profession;
  • Lobby the state capitol for higher pay, affordable benefits, and a VOICE;
  • Join together with early educators (teachers, assistants, directors, and other staff) and other allies (parents, non-profits, faith communities, government agencies, and elected officials) in this fight for respect.
