Save Healthcare Funding for Retirees

E-mail Governor Quinn now and ask them to vote NO on SB 1313!

Senate Bill 1313 would allow the director of Central Management Services (CMS) to determine what amount, if any, the state would contribute towards healthcare for retired members of the State Universities Retirement System (SURS) and the State Employees Retirement System (SERS). The director could decide to eliminate the state subsidy and force these retirees to pay the entire cost of their health insurance.
